FAQ

What do I need to be able to follow the training courses?

To follow the online training you only need a good internet connection. You can then follow the online training via your smartphone, tablet or computer wherever you want and whenever you want.

I'm not technically minded, is that a problem?

No, that shouldn’t be a problem. The online training is built according to a logical structure and we also guide you via email to get the most out of the training. And if you can’t figure something out, you can always contact us at info@dressagepro.com.

How do I receive the program?

The training programs are all digital. After registering, log in via the website and you will get into the DressagePro Community. From there you can watch the training videos, download workbooks and ask questions. Also on your tablet and smartphone!

Can you download the videos?

No, you cannot download the videos. They can be viewed online from all devices.

Do you need to actively participate in the community?

No, it is completely up to you to be active in our community or not. In the community you can share videos, ask questions and think along with other riders. So it’s a simple way to help each other. We’d love to see you back in the community, but don’t feel obligated.

I prefer to remain anonymous, is that possible?

Yes, that’s possible! Filling out your profile and participating in the community is completely non-binding. If you leave your profile empty after registering and do not introduce yourself, you can follow the training anonymously.
