Sometimes an injury is caused simply because of bad luck. But they often also occur due to the way we train our horses.
And of course, we don’t do that on purpose. We all want nothing but the best for our horses.
But in order to be the best rider you can be for your horse, you do need to know how to train and keep your horse in an effective and sustainable way. It means you need to know what the effects of the training are on your horse’s body. How much time your horse needs to recover from the previous training and how much you can ask of your horse.
And that’s something we don’t get taught.
That’s why we developed this online program in collaboration with veterinarian, horse chiropractor (FES), osteopath and specialist in rehabilitation of sporthorses, Morgan Lashley.
Morgan has her own veterinary consultancy company in the Netherlands, has worked in Sweden, has done research about the consequences of training your horse in different head-neck positions in the US and she has a background in dressage (Young Riders).
In 16 video lessons you learn what each dressage riders needs to know about their horse to minimize the risk of getting injuries and to keep your horse healthy and fit.
